DISPATCH TIMES

All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours or next working day from date of purchase. We aim for orders placed in the morning on a working day to go out the same day.

UK POSTAGE

UK fully tracked postage is included in the price.

We use Royal Mail Business Delivery for single and smaller orders and Royal Mail or various couriers for larger orders.

Your order will usually show up 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. During busy times (Christmas, extreme weather conditions etc.) your order can be delayed by several days. We'll do all we can to keep you informed. Unfortunatly it's not uncommon for Royal Mail to take a couple of weeks to deliver during these extreme times.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any country. Your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout before you pay for your order.

We use Royal Mail International Tracked for smaller orders and various courier companies for larger orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We operate a no hassle exchange or return policy. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt that you would like to exchange or return an item.

In order for your exchange or return to be accepted, the garments will have to be in an unworn, unwashed and as new condition. Socks will need the header tag still attached and be unworn for hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for the cost of posting the item back to us. Once we've recieved your return we'll either post out your exchange or refund you within 24 hours.

Please note we can't accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they are defective.
